hello how are you? I have been playing Xbox for years and really love the Xbox and prefer it over PlayStation! I heard Xbox or Microsoft might help me out in getting back to gaming! My current Xbox will not read any discs and it's been a pain in the butt
for some time. I would have to open and close the tray numerous times just to get the disc to load! It has been a hassle but now it just won't work at all .... It would be greatly appreciated I have tried signing up for product testing and other things but

You would need to contact support to set up a repair on your console or buy a new one. Microsoft does not give away damaged consoles.

Hey there hope you are enjoying your time on xbox!

So you are looking to gain some higher gamerscore on the xbox, always a great achievement!

Have you tried out the game pass for three months for only $1?

I found that I started to gain a lot of gamerscore when I branched out to play new games such as Tomb Raider, Sea of Thieves and Ark survival evolved.

Does it sound like it is possibly coming from a fan inside the console? Maybe getting some compressed air would help. I would recommend getting in touch with Xbox support sooner rather than later in case they can help get it fixed before it might cause
any more damage that needed
