Refund Xbox live gold

good day, I wanted to cancel the xbox gold subscription. After clicking the link in Xbox Support I got to the account.microsoft website and the service and subscription. There I chose to cancel Xbox gold. Unfortunately, I've found that you need to switch
to a payment item for a refund and continue with this payment and billing process> Cancel> Exit and get refund> Next. Will Microsoft refund my money?
