    If you become a level 3 Vampire people will attack you on sight. From the time you are infected with the disease people will hint at you being a vampire such as "you look awfully pale".

    Do I have to finish the Vampire Lord questline in order to become a Vampire Lord again? I really want to try and fix the way my character looks. Dawnguard was not kind to her face....
