Hello,

I have a new XBOX One and new 3D HDTV, and a ****-Motorola MX011ANM X1 cable box from Comcast. I have not been able to get the Live TV to work. I have the settings, "Comcast" and "X1", but it's still on "Looking for your TV picture." I've tried 3 different
HDMI cables, that work on everything else that I've tried them with, and I've reset my cable box, but nothing works. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

TV picture will not show up during set-up

During the TV setup part, the live TV picture does not show up. It constantly changes from "looking for your TV picture..." to "let's watch TV" every five seconds. I've done the troubleshooting using this link Troubleshoot Video Performance | Xbox One Live TV and
still nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps there was an accidental error when the TV was connected to the console. Check this link to see if everything looks good on your end.

I also have a Cisco cable box and am having this issue. While setting up bounces back and forth between "let's watch Tv" and "looking for your tv picture". Talked to xbox and service provider and sounds like I'm about to get a new xbox.

If you hook your cable box thru the X1 you should calibrate your tv for the X1...there is an actual tutorial under the settings on the X1 that will help you calibrate your tv for the best picture...the picture quality looked terrible while watching cable
tv on the ONE...everything was bit darker and nothing looked real crisp or birhgt from the settings i had for my TV before i got the X1....the X1 will throw your picture quality off a bit so make sure you calibrate it.
