My Xbox One S review so far.

If the fan is quiet for several weeks then becomes loud, Microsoft better look for a better parts supplier.

look up "plasticiser evaporation". it's highly likely that microsoft contracted a supplier of cheap plastics for the initial wave of xbones and the plastic is prematurely turning brittle.

Not sure of the price difference but I would be looking for one which is powered through the USB and doesn't an external supplier, but not sure if thats a good recommendation or not.

As the above reply said I go a card from the UK. Looking back at where it was purchased it says UK is the supplier. I switched region to UK and it worked. Thanks for the help
