Looking for Ultimate Sale Discount Information

I have been communicating with XBox Customer Service over the last several weeks in an attempt to resolve a problem where I was unable to make Ultimate Sale purchases last month as the result of an administrative error that could not be resolved until the
day after the sale concluded.

Customer Service representatives has informed me that they are prepared to honor the sale prices for me, but are unable to find and validate those prices. The games I was hoping to purchase are: Injustice II Legendary Edition and The Batman Telltale Bundle.

Finally, over a week after the last communication, a representative has been in touch and told me:

"It won't show the list of the games and the corresponding discounts anymore. What we can suggest is to reach our to our promotions teams and ask them for Deals with Gold validation for the week of July 23rd 2018 so we can see the game titles and the corresponding
discounts."

And the link to this page was provided for me to post. I am hoping that this matter can finally be resolved through this avenue and that someone will be able to get the information I need.
