    Looking for Support Supervisor or Manager help.


    The current matter is: I spent 55 dollars on the Free 2 Play rewards. Only showing credit for 5 or 10 dollars. The issue has been going on for years and cannot seem to find a manage or supervisor to help. I was guaranteed by chat support this forum was now
    monitored by Supervisors and I would be contacted and have my issues resolved finally!

    Previous still un-resolved matter: Been rewards member since year one, 5 to 7 years or so now. Couple years back you changed the rewards website. For a 6 month period afterwords, i believe starting in febuary of 2014' or 15' (will check notes) I was not
    receiving credits for Surveys, purcheses or any other rewards. I tried desperately for months to get support via chat, forums and facebook. I was unable to get anyone to review or re-credit my account because there was no supervisors at that time and was still
    handled internally. I had since given up on the idea i was ever going to get help. Since this has become a business of sorts I am hoping i can now get some kind of support or help for the thousands of dollars I invested in Microsoft. Please reveiw my account
    or get in-touch with me some how.

    I have most if not all the dates, emails, reference numbers, agent names and any other info you may need.

    Whom should I ask for in order to get to someone of significance on the (non-tech) support phone line? I have asked for a supervisor or manager several times and received no help. Are there specific titles that can be referred to in order to get different
    levels of support?

    Horribly disappointed in all service provided.

    No manager or supervisor can help you

    Enforcement issues is NOT a support issue nor can you ask for a free gamers tag change

    Gamer tag suggestions are based on your previous attempts

    You should be kept it rated e for everyone it's that simple

    All activity takes up to 96 hours to be processed. We see that your your purchases except for "Essentials Pack" have all been Rewarded appropriately. We have determined the issue with your pack purchase, and are creating a hotfix that should resolve this
    issue shortly.

    Xbox Live Rewards support is not handled via chat. The only place to receive appropriate support for this program is this forum. We do not see any previous posts for the gamertag "BornAProphet". We do not have a facebook page.

    We see that you received Credits for surveys from December 2013-April 2014. You can see a history of all your Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if viewed by lifetime.

    It sounds like you were not aware that in September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a
    recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since
    you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). However,
    we do see that you were Credited via MyAchievements for your purchases in June and July 2014.

    You can call support and ask for a supervisor even a manager

    If it is a complaint about enforcement it does not fall under support

    You can only file an appeal at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    when you call support you can always ask to speak to their manager. I have worked for places like that and they can not refuse you. and a supervisor or manager can most of the time solve the issue
