Looking for non competitive Clan for Xbox one

Looking for a group of people who play a bunch of games and do no take themselves too seriously. I play a lot of games and do not want to be restricted to just grinding one game. I am currently playing Destiny, GTA V, and Assassin's Creed Unity, but I
own CoD AW and Battlefield 4 and plan on getting Halo MCC soon. I'd be willing to play these games. I've been searching for a clan like this for weeks but I'm starting to think it doesn't exist. Every group I come across has a K/D requirement, or a "tryout",
or a ranking system etc. I just want a group of people where I can post,"need 4 for vault of glass" or "2 for unity coop" and then get people that want to play.
