Stupid question: are you sure you are using the same Microsoft account on Xbox and PC?

Kindly check your one drive storage.

In addition to this you might need to check if xbox and one drive accounts are in sync.

I would suggest an alternate method.

Use the Xbox app on PC or Mobile to save the screenshots.

I have my X-Box, email and OneDrive all connected.

Is 55 gb enough to upload 3 pictures?

Umm, what? How are you going to use a phone to take screenshots of a game?

Look at my screenshot. I'm looking at the game menu under tech capabilities

Which is why I was confused as, in your screenshot, it clearly states "4k Ultra HD"

The greyed out box just means that the game is not a One X Enhanced game....some games were updated when the One X was released to take advantage of it's extra power.
