    Looking for Groups and Clubs still not working in 2020

    Please explain to me why I can’t post to Looking for Groups or respond to them on the xbox one x as well as the app on my phone. Also I can’t join clubs either. I have called on these issues before and just get the run around. Have tried the reset and all
    the other options you keep mentioning in all the other posts regarding the same issue and frankly I’m to the point of going back to PS4. Thank you for your failed product and lack of customer service.

    Hello, I've read your post, and I believe I understand your position. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    The looking for group feature is a nice feature when working properly, let's see if we can get yours fixed. As mentioned by a fellow Xbox Ambassador in a response above, accessing your settings and making the proper adjustments could be the solution. Although,
    may I ask you, is this your only Xbox? That is to say, is your Xbox part of a network of others? The reason I'm asking this is, because sometimes these features are disabled under parental controls. Are parental controls enabled on your account in any way?

    In settings, account, privacy & online safety, Xbox live privacy, view details & customise. Have you checked that your settings allow you to do all these things?

    one way to find people on Xbox is to see if there is a Looking for Group items for any game you want to play and join that. See this link for more information on Looking for group and how it works etc.

    Another way is to check out any Clubs. A club is an online meeting place , they can be for specific games or game types or all kind of topics. See this link for some more information:
