Looking for group troubleshooting

We understand that you cannot use LFG though you have Game Pass Ultimate subscription. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble using the “Looking for Group” feature on Xbox.

Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Did you check if your Game Pass subscription is active?
   
2. What platform are you playing (Xbox Console, PC or phone)?
   
3. Did you get some error message? Do you mind sending a screenshot?
   

These above questions would help us provide the necessary information. Once we have gathered all the information, we will formulate the viable solution to help you with your case.

For the meantime. let's check and do some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the problem.

The “Looking for Group” feature is available to all Xbox Live members, but some games require an Xbox Live Gold subscription to use this feature. If you have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you should have access to Xbox Live Gold as well.

If you are still unable to use the “Looking for Group” feature, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is up-to-date.
   
2. Check if the game you are trying to use the “Looking for Group” feature with requires an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
   
3. Try signing out of your account and then signing back in.

reviewing this page under "How do I start using Looking for Group?" What error are you seeing? Is it the same group of people or from the same club that's having issues or is it across everyone? More information on your issue can help us troubleshoot
what the problem is.
