    looking for group error


    i have had this same problem ever since i made this xbox account, i have no idea what is wrong with it but every time i try make a looking for group post it just says "there was a problem with your looking for group" in yellow. i have tried absolutely everything and i know that it isnt my xbox because it lets me on my other account, can you please get back to me on ways to help fix this.

    I would definitely try removing and re adding the account again. You may want to try clearing the MAC address. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console
    will restart at that point.
