Looking for good players to play with

O.k. I'm getting straight to the point,I want to play with a team or players that are good at Titanfall,I am trying to get the achievements and right now I am doing the ones where you need to win 50 matches of each game type,here is why need good players:
I keep going into Last Titan Standing,Capture the flag and Pilot Hunter game modes where I am playing with a bunch of scrubs that can't even play the game right,I keep losing games and it dropped my 79% win ratio to a 55% and I am getting *** off at nobody
dong their part in a game,example:I play capture the flag and get 2 flag captures with 25 pilot kill 0 titan kills and 4 deaths,while the rest of my team have 0 flag captures,14 or less pilot kill with +14 death,the enemy team completely recks my team because
they suck,and some of them are gen4 or higher!Now I'm a gen 3,level 49 because of getting achievements first off,but come on how do they suck that bad?Message me on Xbox if you need a good player as well.Gamertag-
