I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. We here in the forums department do not have the tools to look up case numbers. The (over the phone / chat) agent would be able
to look up your support case number and give you an update to see if there is a resolution for your issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Hi There,

If you have received a corresponding email related to this case number, then you can email support on that email. We can't really help regarding anything to do with support cases.

I had a warranty claim which was approved but the shipping label was not sent to me because of a back end error. The case was cancelled and I was told the case would be re-opened and the label would be sent within 24 hours. This has not happened and I have not received any follow up from the support team.

Well you have to state the issue not.the Sr number

It's so if you need to follow up with support about the issue you submitted, you give them the case number when you contact them again so they can look into it.
