Looking for feedback/ help with my Elite Series 2 Controller

I have the Elite Series 2 controller and have had it since launch. A couple months ago I noticed the RB button doesn't respond on every button press. The thing is, its not a constant problem. With it not being constant, I can confirm there is nothing physically
wrong with button itself. I've come to the conclusion that it must be some kind of signal interference. My Xbox is between my modem/router and my PS4. i made more a space between them but there doesn't seem to be much of an improvement. Again, it's not consistent
at all. I can go a couple play sessions and i don't notice it or it can happen for long periods of time forcing me to change games or stop playing altogether. I know I can't be the only once dealing with this but I haven't found any kind of solution to the
problem. The Xbox and controller is up to date. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Note: This is the only controller that is having this problem. None of the controllers are damaged and are in great condition.

Has anyone noticed any hardware revisions lately to the Elite Controller Series 2?

I dont have a 1 year warrenty. I regeistered my controller and it tells me my warenty expired on 3-17-20.

It sounds like theres an intermittent fault with the controller. It could be one of a couple parts but I'm guessing the controller is still within its warrenty (I dont think the series 2 controller has been out for a year yet). I would suggest contacting
the place of purchase and explaining that theres an intermittent fault. They will either send it to be looked at and repaired or replace it for a new one (depending on their policy)

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,

Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

Hope to get an Elite Controller one day
