Looking for Cross-Platform mature Community

I'm a fairly active and experienced PC and Xbox One gamer. I play anything from PC Dark Souls 2, Rust, DayZ, and Chivalry to Xbox One CoD, Battlefield, and Titanfall. I'm looking for a mature gaming community that has gamers with an equally expansive library.

It'd also be nice to have some friendly forums to post on during the day.

Thanks for the reply FoxFire! When I say cross-platform, what I mean is gamers like me who individually play on more than just 360, One, PC, or Playstation (Obviously not just playstation, seeing as where we're posting).
