looking for cheap USB or external hard drive?

No Idea where to post this so going to post this here. I bought a xbox one S 2 months ago (it was well used lol) It only came with 500GB of storage & well gears of war 4 & Halo 5 take up most of the room.

So I was wondering what's a cheap option for increasing space. I know you can't really replace the hard drive like you could on the xbox 360. So wondering if there was any cheap solutions. Like a cheap recommended usb or external hard drive (truthfully didn't
know they made external hard drives only knew of usb's lol)

Yes you can use a USB pen or a usb external hard drive to save your contents, using a USB is cheaper than a external hard drive but has less memory generally, a USB pen can store a maxinum of 16Gb, if you don't know how format a USB pen you can check information

There are a number of good External Hard Drives out there. I've used a number of different ones over the years - Western Digital, Seagate, etc. Currently using an 8TB Seagate drive with no issues and room for plenty of games.

Price will depend on the size you want, and where you buy it from as they go on sale regularly.

You want to make sure it meets the following requirements:

• Uses a USB 3.0 connection. If you’re using a USB hub, the hub must also be USB 3.0 or later.
  
• It has 256 GB or larger storage capacity.
