Looking for an Enforcement Team Member to Lift a Communications Ban on my XBox Live Account

Hi.

First off, I don't even have an XBox. I have the XBox app on my PC, because I play Deep Rock Galactic - Which is only on Steam and XBox, and the Steam version wasn't working properly.

Anyways, there isn't even in-game chat or voice chat in the game. I just happened to get into a game that didn't run smoothly. As in, me and the other players weren't cooperating very well, we didn't know what to do, and there just wasn't much synergy.

Apparently I didn't do well enough, because even though we won the mission we were on, the leader of the party kicked me afterwards.

Then, a couple hours later, I noticed I couldn't send messages or edit my profile.

By the way, this punishment system is completely skewed. I can understand blocking my account from messaging the person who reported me - But not being able to message ANYONE? Even my friends? Other people I'd like to play games with? That is ridiculous. Plus,
I wasn't even toxic in the match we were in. There's no way to be toxic in DRG.

And what's the deal with not even letting someone edit their profile? What could that possible prevent?

And on top of it all, I'd just like to say that the Enforcement team is incredibly difficult to actually seek out and talk to. There's no easy button that just lets you submit a report, or an appeal, or anything of the sort. This is the only way I know how
to get this message out to anyone. I understand toxic players should be punished, but this is just over-kill. And on top of it all, there's not even an easy way to fix it. No timers telling you when your privileges will be given back.

Also, I'd actually like to apologize to the person who kicked me and probably got me this punishment - But, ya know. I can't. Because I can't even message them.

can a member on the enforement team lift my communication ban of 14 days and make it 7 days, would really like to talk to a member of the enforcement team about this

 

I have a suspension on my account but it does not show on Xbox enforcement

I recently served a 14 day suspension on Xbox but apparently I have a communication ban on my account that last until January 8th of 2018 and this does not show on Xbox enforcement I was told by a support representative to post on this forum so a enforcement
team member can see my post and review my case and she said likely lift the communication ban

 

The enforcement team doesn't monitor the forums. The way to get in touch with them is through https://enforcement.xbox.com They are the only ones that can look into the ban and review your case.
