If you have tried to recover your Microsoft account using the recovery form, and the recovery request wasn't granted, you can keep trying as many times as you want, up to two times per day.

We recommend that you review the guidance for filling out the recovery form before trying the form again.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. If there is no case review available, then all you can do is wait out the suspension.

As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff, but receiving a suspension as an Ambassador results in a permanent ban from the program.

Rules for the Ambassador program are still the same. If you received a suspension as an Ambassador, you are not eligible to rejoin.
