Looking for a refund for Live points card and going round in circles

points cards are no longer valid full stop, they discontinued them a long time ago and they have an expiry date on them, if not used by the date on the cards then thats it you lose it all, same as all gift cards for all shops and online stores.

If you recently purchased them then you will need to take back to where you got them from, Microsoft will not refund gift cards only the stores you purchased from can.

Rest console is greyed out and we aren't able to do anthing due to it circling as if it is trying to do something.

And this thread like all others.... "Reported." Why?

E3, can't have any negative discussion, no matter how deserving about MS, Enforcement or even games not working while the console is in offline mode because we want people to see MS etc as 'good' and not bad.

OP, like you. I have been reported as well, but I stopped playing MP games online after a former ? explained how MS Enforcement actually worked. Setup lobbies, Socially enept individuals, etc all cater to enforcements catch 29, so no matter how nice you
are, you lose!

I only have the use of one hand and was trying my best to play games like Halo 4, DOA, Mortal Kombat etc online, little did I know until someone PM'd me that my REP was beeing negatively effected by random gamers reporting me as. "Unsporting" etc and how
that bad rep would effect me if/when I decided to own an xbox one. I could go on, but I think its high time to have outside oversite.

One way to do that is to have ratted M games carry the M rating even in online play. Do that and those who are easiely offended wouldn't have even a bases to complain from.

Last, no more block and report. Just block only. The system would then never allow the blocked person to communicate or be matched in a game with the person ever. The way it (enforcement) is now, is a money maker. (business model)

How many times can you get a communications etc ban before being permabanned? And the vast majority of them simply get a new account, gold, games etc and soldier on... So enforcement actions, whether deserved or not, is in essence a micro to macro $ maker

WE DESERVE BETTER, far far BETTER than what we're getting. Especially those handicapped gamers who while themselves are having fun, unknowingly to them are being 'reported' and often verbably attacked by those who take gaming so serious that its your fault

Not true.It only takes one valid report for someone to get suspended.

You wont ever get suspended for being "bad" at a game.If that was the case I would of been banned years ago.

Seems to be happening a lot.A couple of threads you said were reported weren't showing up as reported for me,like this one.

I've seen some that showed up as reported then a few hours later weren't reported.

I find it hard to believe there's some kind of bug or glitch with these high quality forums!!!!
