Looking for a race partner to exchange wins

I am looking for anyone preferably with a mic that wants to exchange wins on any races with a given type of cars. Exchanges of wins in a short, 1-lap races to unlock vehicle upgrades. The prison race track seems like a simplemans short race to grind out.

For head start you would have to boost with someone on york road. You let your partner take the lead and then stop after about 11 seconds and then you take off and your partner lets you win the race.
