Looking for a Mister about Ambassador

Hello Misters,

I am . I recently had a suspension. I had spoken to a friendly Microsoft Tech Support Analyst and he had lifted the suspension due to misunderstandings. I have been hard working and would love to join the team. Is there anything I can possibly
do? I've been on Xbox for over 6 years and I work the customer service for tech where I work. I really would like to help out the Xbox community. Please let me know.

Ambassador Issue

Your account doesn't show as an ambassador account.

This would be a matter for the Ambassador forums.

If you aren't an ambassador, but used to be, you would want to send a message to one of the Mister/Miss Support Agents about the matter.

Please send a pm to Mister Ohnaka about this issue and he should be able to get it resolved for you. When your issue is fixed please make sure to post all Ambassador issue's in the Ambassador forums.

 

Suspensions can only be lifted with a case review. A tech support individual shouldn't be able to do that...

All cases are usually handled by the enforcement team, and they do not have public contact information for people to reach.

 

So you are telling me there's nothing I can do? I'm just telling you what the Tech Support told me. I'm just looking to help the Xbox community?

 

If the suspension is still active, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review. As Geth said, only the enforcement team handle suspensions. Phone/chat support do not have the ability to remove them.

If the suspensions has already ended Or the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. You cannot become an ambassador with an enforcement on your history. You don't have to be an ambassador in order to help.
