Looking for a Community or a Clan to join

Hi, I'm looking for a Clan or a community to join. I'm 19 years old and i only play on the Xbox 360, some of the games i play are Halo 4, Black Ops 2, and Advanced Warfare. I have been in communities for three years now and i do have experience of
running my own. I want to join something that has no tryouts or K/D requirement.

If their isn't anything that fits my requirements, I will most likely start my own community or Clan. For this idea, i want leaders to be 17 years and older, the lowest i will go is 16.

I will not be looking at this thread and I'm out of town for the week. Send me a message on Xbox if you have a clan, community or just want to start something up.
