Longtime member but I haven't been able to earn any points?

Discus and support Longtime member but I haven't been able to earn any points? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; ive been a member since 10/31/2011. I only have a lifetime total of 680!     Longtime member but I haven't been able to earn any points?


    ive been a member since 10/31/2011. I only have a lifetime total of 680! There's something very wrong with my account. I have neglected to tell someone sooner but I purchase lots of Microsoft products and games. I play faithfully but I'm not earning anything.
    Why is that?

    help with point redemption

    If you haven't registered for the program then you wouldn't have been able to earn any rewards credits.

    I was reset about 2 years ago and read that you cannot appeal a reset, but can prove to the community that you won't do it again. I haven't done it since and a support agent said I should be able to put the games back in and be able to earn my achievements
    again, but that is not the case. I have put in games played before the reset and haven't been able to earn any achievements that I once had.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hi there,

    Yes, you can earn any achievement that have NOT been reset. So any achievement that you haven't earned before you are able to earn. it does not matter if other achievements for that game were reset.
