long time to load the match. usually connecting in the middle of the game (3-4m waiting time)

Hi,

I'm experiencing some issue with the X360 WoT. It never happened to me before.

When I'm connected and in garage after choosing tank and starting the match loading time is usual 3-5min long and I'm connecting in the middle of the match usually I have already died.

I have checked my connection to Xbox Live, my broadband connection even I have swapped my broadband to different one (min. DL is 10Mbps UP 1.5Mbps or on different broadband DL/UP 20 MBPS).

No other online games are affected.

Additionally I'm part of the preview program on the X360 platform and I'm using beta version of the X360 software. Maybe this is affecting the game?

Please share possible mitigation plan.

The old "try to make the game better but end up making it worse"

I've not spent a lot of time with the new match-making system, but from the 3-4 games I have had the only issue I had was the longer waiting times. I'm not a fan of skill-based matchmaking and would rather be placed in games with
people who live closer to me.

You will want to defragment your game.

To do this:

1. On the launcher screen press and hold the following buttons: RB+LB+Y
