Yes it is, and has always been a violation to mod your device to play pirate software. If you are in the united states circumventing copy protecton can cost you $250,000 per incident

Just because you can't buy it does not remove it from copyright

If you do not have written permission or a purchase receipt, you cannot use it, even if it's been out of print for 50 years

Joypadders mate, we have a great tight knit community our forum covers everything but is gamers based. Competitions and game nights are plentiful and we are currently giving away a copy of either Battlefield 3 or Modern Warfare 3. Pop in, say hi, if you
don't like pass through. Whats the worst that could happen?

Sorry to see a decent forumite go like this, but it shows how much it has gone downhill since a few years ago!

What current mods! The last active UK mod we had, ScottishSteveo, has resigned from the position. So currently we have no active moderators from the UK.

There also seems to have been mass resignations of moderators from other countries as well. So I dread to think how bad it must be behind the scenes.
