    Logitech G633 mic not working


    recently my Logitech G633 stopped working with my xbox. Sound gets through but the Mic doesn't work. When I speak into the mic on the aux cord I can hear myself as usual. I tested my aux cords mic and my headsets mic on my phone both work fine. but still
    which ever mic I used people can't hear me.

    Hi all,

    Logitech G633/G933 headset has 7.1 dolby.

    Is it possible to have 7.1 sound with the G633 headset on xbox one?

    the manual says for X1 it only supports the headset by the 3.5mm connector. if i'm correct.. the 3.5mm only supports stereo..

    Audio is static with xbox cloud gaming on pc.

    Did all that and still having same issue. I wonder if it has to to do with compatibility to my headset. Changing the samplerate of my headset will also cause audio to work. My headset is a Logitech G633. Could it also be logitech software?
