Logitech G432 problems

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

Press the home button on the controller >>on home guide screen, lower right, click on the Sound Icon button.

Set Volume to 90-95%

Make sure the Chat mixer is set at the middle at 50% to get both Chat and Game audio.

Mic monitoring should be around 10-15% to avoid feedbacks and Echo.

Test headset again

**If ever the Headset Mixer is Greyed out.

Please try this steps.

-Check if your controller is already updated

Press the Xbox button to open the Guide, Choose System > settings > Devices & Streaming > Accessories > select the controller > click on the (...) Device info > select firmware version and select continue. Your controller will start to update.

Then unplug the headset from the controller and restart your console.

Please go to Settings > power and start up > restart now.

Once it is on, please sign back in to your account first and try Putting the headset back to the controller in slowly with no pressure, until you hear some static, and then check back if again if the Chat Mixer now can be moved.

If that still fails, unplug it again.

And kindly run a restore factory. (make sure to double check your sign in email and password before running this)

Go Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console

Please make sure to select Reset and keep my games & apps

Once done, do the same thing , please sign back in to your account first and try Putting the headset back to the controller in slowly with no pressure, until you hear some static, and then check back if again if the Chat Mixer now can be moved.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Logitech G432. I understand that the microphone stopped working.

As part of our isolation, have you tried connecting it to the back of your PC directly to the motherboard or vice versa? In addition, some users who had this issue was resolved by firmly inserting the 3.5mm jack to the port.

Thank you so much. I did everything you just said. The solution for my problem was that when turning up the volume of the headset it reaches a part that it stops to sound the terrible sound that it is been heard all the time. I see this is a bug from the system but the important thing is that you help me to solve my problem. I was really scared about this and thanks to you and to Microsoft I can play without any problem. You would need to contact logitech support for help with their product

The product doesn’t work with Xbox it has no problem with PC and sounds good. On the the Xbox series x the quality is very bad a lot of other people have problems with headsets aswell
