I don't think any of their mice have official support for Xbox. You may try contacting them to report this problem, it could be fixable in a software/firmware update.

It sounds like the mouse's DPI is too high. Note that this mouse is not officially supported on Xbox consoles. It relies on software to configure the DPI and other settings. However, you can save DPI settings to the mouse's onboard memory, then the settings will take effect on all devices.

To do this, you will need a computer and the Logitech G Hub app. Do you have access to a computer?
