    Logitec G923 not recognised


    I have been seeking an answer for this for what seems like months now the xbox one x doesn't recognise the logitec G923 so i can't update or remap the buttons can you help me understand why it doesn't recognise it and what to do about it. I have tried restarting the xbox signing in and out nothing works also will the series s recognise the G923 i am at the end of my tether asking but never getting an answer
