LOGITEC G920 FOR X BOX - BUTTON ISSUE

I recently bought a g920 and connected it to my Series X. When plugged in it automatically goes to the very bottom of the list and gets stuck there. I cannot seem to move to the options up of down ( if i could move it would come back to the down most option). It feels like the down arrow key is pressed and held and I did check id that was the issue but nothing seems to be wrong with the key or the wheel physically

I appreciate the response and for isolating the issue.

In this case, kindly try to perform a factory reset keep my games and apps on your console.

Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

This will also help sync the data on your console properly. Once you're done, try to check if the G920 would properly work on your console.

Appreciate your help.

I tried with my PC and did not have an issue, but with ,y xbox it still persists.

its like someone is pressing and holding the down button.

any other ways to fix it?

Thanks. I have tested the wheel on my PC (Mac, bootcamped so I now run Windows.) and the same issue occurs. However, when I use a web-installed controller driver, it appears that all the buttons still work and are recognised by the machine, but they just have no function in game. Again, it seems as if all of the functions have been accidentally assigned to one button.
