    Reports to the enforcement team are not taken as jokes and if you did anything to violate the code of conduct then you will have an enforcement action on you account. Remember xbox live is a rated E for everyone services and you should communicate in that
    fashion. Also False reporting as a form of a joke is also considered a violation of the Code of conduct.

    I've been saying exactly this since before Kinect released. Who wants to point their finger at a screen & pretend to pull a trigger? Who'd want to pretend to hold a steering wheel to drive a car, or swing a sword or any of a number of things? At least the
    Wii controller is an actual device that can be converted into guns, steering wheels, swords, baseball bats, golf clubs, etc, etc. Controllerless control for most applications is just stupid. If I wanted to run around my living room pretending to play something
    like basketball... I'd go outside and play basketball.
