Loging in / starting

Xbox support mentioned that they are aware of reports of Xbox One console startup, title update and sign-in errors. Our teams have identified the cause for our earlier issues and are continuing to address these now.

I had my xbox one plugged into a router via CAT6 line. After unplugging it, I had a normal start up. If you want to play online, chances look slim for now. But otherwise, I was able to get my game started up and am playing it now.

This has been since resolved and cleared by our engineers, so if you're still experiencing the same issue, then I would suggest power cycling as outlined in

There are some issues as you may notice from the scores of people posting about blank screens. The engineers are working on it and it will be fixed soon.

There are some issues on the server side of things. Microsoft tweeted out that they are aware of the situation and are working on getting the fix in.

You can go to Xbox Live Status to view that status of the service and what's effected.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon and you can get back to gaming
