Login window for xbox constantly reloading - unable to login.

There are multiple problems here.

Initial problem:

We can't log into the Microsoft account on my sons Nintendo. Everything works out until we are forwarded to https://sisu.xboxlive.com Then the page shows an http error 500. We've tried for 4-5 days now.

Secondary problem:

In order to fix the issue, i tried Xbox support, but i have to log in in order to get to talk/chat with a real person. Every time i press on the login symbol, the page reloads, and asks me to login again.

(The bot on the page is of absolutely no help.)

Third problem: I managed to google the microsoft support phone number for Denmark (no luck with Xbox phone no. though).

However the microsoft "phonebot" wants me to log into Xbox as well, and all i want to, is to talk to a real person somehow.

I've tried on 2 phones (android) and on PC. Same errors every time. (Http errors are not a client problem, but a server issue).

All "IsItDown" services i've tried, states that sisu.xboxlive.com is down for everyone.
Please provide me with a contact to Xbox, that does not invovle login. (I've tried both xbox.com and support.xbox.com. Same issue with page reloading, when pressing on the login symbol).
PC: Windows 11. Google Chrome

Do you have any idea about how long this would take? Is it days, weeks or months?

I know you probably can't tell me for sure, but maybe you have an idea or knows how fast things normally happen.

Try to re-login to your Xbox Live account and see if the achievements reload

This still doesn't help me. I can't get into anything online on any Xbox. The store just asks to reload. I can't view my account profile, I can't login to Fortnite, I can't login to call of duty.
