The way to contact by phone will be trough the request a call feature as support its being handle that way currently but the answer will be similar to this as like I mentioned, this is the security process in this cases, as this 30 days gives the owners of account enough time to recover the account in case of someone else trying to take control of the account

You can change your password and enable 2 factor authentication.

If you have 2 factor authentication on it would require you enter a code that is sent to your cell phone number in order to login.
