Logging into old account

You must log in at least once every two years so that your account does not go down, Microsoft may delete your Microsoft account and associated services. But since you don't recognize the achievements, you may have logged into another account.

I am happy to try and help you but please note that this is a community forum and is staffed by volunteers and gamers just like you - not Microsoft staff. We have no access to accounts, Microsoft systems or customer information and can only offer helpful advice.

Sadly this forum is not the place to arrange account recovery - there is nothing that anyone here can do to help you directly, you need to deal with MS Support. You will need to follow the instructions in the Account Recovery Guide HERE so that Support staff can get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

You can change your email on your Xbox by going under My Xbox> then going to account management> then going under Windows Live ID. Hope this helps!

Go on the console and go to the MY XBox tab and go down to Account Management and then select Windows LIVE ID.

Verify that the account logged in to the console is the same account that has the subscription service.
On the old console has the account been logged out?
