    Logging into my Xbox


    Yesterday when I turned my xbox on it kept signing me in then out again. Then I signed in and instead of it being my account it created a brand new one! Now I cannot access my Xbox account even though I am logging in with the exact same details. Does anybody
    have any idea what I can do please?

    I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to first identify and look into your account to make sure everything is accurate to be able to let you sign in successfully.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
