Logging into Microsoft Reward is see my streak is broken, when it hasn't been...

I am methodical about Microsoft Rewards, and upon logging in to do my searches it is showing that I missed a day. I did not miss a day and can provide screenshots of my search history to prove that I did not, or if you would prefer you can remote in via
TeamViewer and see for yourself. I am already in a dispute about points not being given to me for a purchase on the marketplace so am not in the mood to be messed about I can provide screenshots of bing searches from my history going for every single day of
September and beyond if required...

How do I get the points restored...?

Reward credits

Hi my gamertag is and i've been apart of Xbox Live Rewards for years now. I had over 23000 reward credits deposited but the balance hasn't gone into my Microsoft account. Is there a way you can see where it went? it was deposited about a week ago. Thanks

If that does not work, log into your daily rewards page, scroll to the bottom, and click Contact Rewards Support.

Are you just doing searches, or are you completing all three items in the daily set?

 

I do everything in one go, mobile searches, then desktop searches then the daily set. Sometimes using the daily set stuff to get through the desktop searches quicker

 

I've experienced this issue a couple times now. As Echo4Ent mentioned. Contact

Microsoft Rewards Support. They're generally quick to get the issue resolved.

 

SO I KNEW I WASN'T TRIPPING!!!! Happened to me twice, a few months ago. Both times I had a 150 point bonus streak going too. I just knew I didn't miss a day.

 

The daily streak bonus is based entirely on the daily set. You can do 0 searches as long as you complete the daily set every day.
