No worries, your account information will not be deleted. You just simply need to install an Xbox Console Companion on your PC/Laptop and then quit and re-launch the Minecraft launcher for it to work.

It works a lot,now I can play Bedrock Edition.Thanks.But it doesn't works on Java Edition.

Now I can log in the game website,but to my surprise, it ask me to buy.I have bought it on June,13th.

But when I change my VPN location,it works well on the website, the launcher still has error,I tried to install it several times,so I'm pretty sure it's not the game and the launcher files or the browser.

I can't always use vpn,and and the Java Editons I mostly play with can only be launched from the launcher.

Do you have any other solutions？Thans so much.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues installing Minecraft Bedrock Edition. So I can better understand your situation, please provide the exact error message that you received.

Please follow these steps to install Minecraft using the launcher directly from Minecraft.

1. Delete the Minecraft launcher that exists on your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Install Minecraft launcher for Windows.

Once reinstalled, continue with these instructions.

1. Open Minecraft launcher.

2. If you are already logged in, click on your image and Gamer tag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout".

3. After logging out, delete all accounts registered in the launcher by clicking on the "X" next to each account.

4. In the Minecraft launcher, enter the Microsoft email and password.

If the issues are on the Java launcher installer, please, log in the Microsoft store app with the account that made the purchase then look for the Minecraft launcher and install it from there then log in in the launcher with the account that made the purchase on the java section and finally install the java edition

Please, log into the Minecraft website and download the launcher from there.

If that does not work, please try installing the legacy launcher.

Select "Download Windows Legacy Launcher"

Start the launcher.
