Logged into Account that was Invited, Cannot Progress Passed Intro Page

Hello Rodrigo, thank you for the advice. I have tried to log in to see the enforcements page, however, the message saying my account is locked shows up again, and won't let me see the page itself, so i have no way to know what i even got a strike for. i also cannot use the family group option, as i did not know it was possible to create the group before, and i can't log in to the account to accept the invite into the family group, as again, the account is locked.

when i log in to my account in the forza progress is not synchronized. previously had a forze with game pass

According to your description, you cannot remove your child from an unknown family group.



Is the account on the left an account of one of your children?



At this time, you should log in to the account of the family organizer on the right (do you know this account?). Only the organizer has the authority to remove the child account of the family group. The child account itself cannot leave the family group by itself.



We guess that you may have logged in to the wrong account and invited your child to join the family group.



Please note that if you do not have permission to log in to the organizer account on the right, you may need to create a Microsoft account for your child again.

All 3 accounts that we own can not invite each other to a family.

The test account I setup cannot invite any of us 3.

The test account can invite another test account.

The 3 of our accounts cannot invite either of the 2 test accounts.

You cannot tranfer game progressions / data between accounts, you have to log in into the other account and then you can change the email associated with your xbox profile to use it with a different email if that suits you
