Logged as another person?

The problem is that they website seems not to have a real support. Just a lot of simple pre-made Q&A. Do you know the exact part of their website where I can get support? After I was so frustrated that at the end I contacted Azure support center and asked
to forward to Xbox IT Security Manager

I would say that if you are not sure if you are getting hacked, then I would suggest checking out the steps that we have on our support site entitled "I
think my account has been hacked", as it'll help you recover it and make sure that it's secure.

As previously posted, it would be a great idea to contact customer support for clarity on this issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Were you game sharing with someone that has your login information if so you should talk to them.

It's possible that your email was unrecognized and a second gamertag was created on the same email. This once happened to my wife. You should contact Official Xbox Support at their
website and they should be able to set this straight for you. Let us know if you still have troubles after that!

Does anybody know if the first time you enter in the Xbox account, you are registered with a Nickname that you never provided? I am starting thinking that the profile that I accessed never had any activity. The nickname where I am logged in is VoicefulSatyr72.
