Log out of xbox account

Hey

I

gave a "friend" of mine my 2nd xbox account so he can play a few games etc.

Even though I removed his console from trusted devices, changed my password and all that security stuff he's still able to access the account on his Xbox.

The account isn't really important to me but I'd would like to know how to log him out of it

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with someone accessing your account. If you have changed your password already, and the person is still able to access it, please attempt another

Password Change. If the issue persists, please use the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent.

Unfortunately, you cannot find an account using a gamer tag, this is a security feature. Have you tried using a connected email that you know?

I dont have a number hooked. It managed to keep me into my account though so I’m logged in on only 1 singular device. I have the gamertag that is used for the xbox account or whatever it linked to.

Hello! There is no way you can 100% remove the account from the person console, but changing the password will deny them access. What this means that your account will still show on their log in prompt in that section, but they'll be locked behind the
"Enter password" wall once you've created a new password.

Tl;dr: Your account will still appear on there system, but they cannot log into it unless they somehow find out your new password.

Usually when you're signed out like this it means you're being signed in somewhere else. Are you using the app or signed in on another device somewhere ?
