    My son created a Minecraft Realm on Xbox One that he shares with his friends. He would like to log on to the realm on his iPhone. Is that possible, and if so how does he do it? Since he is a minor, I don't think he has his own Microsoft login.... That
    is, I (the parent) have an account and he is listed as part of the family.

    Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue: Purchase made on iOS device. Log into Microsoft account (on ipad via minecraft app) and those purchases are not visible. Log out of account on iPad and purchase is visible again.

    The purchases are stored on the device (my daugher's iOS) and I'm trying to get them to transfer to her microsoft account so we don't lose the content/purchases.

    I would recommend downloading the Xbox App on iOS and see if you can log in there. Let us know if it gives you an error message, and we can see what troubleshooting steps we need to do from there. If you have no issues logging into the Xbox App o iOS,
    then test logging into Minecraft after that, and it should let you log in there.

    1. Check you are logged in to the account with Minecraft.
    2. Open Minecraft via the XBOX app.
    3. Try to reinstall Minecraft via the XBOX app.

    It didn't help, my iPad is updated to the latest iOS it supports 10.3.3. I changed my Microsoft account password and tried to log in again and the same error. I've already deleted and re-downloaded Minecraft and nothing helps.
