Log off others

It says you have to be logged into the other console and when you log off they lose the gold function...THIS annoys me! having the family gold for this long...then they give us this?

Okay, so first of all please test your Xbox LIVE connection of which in the process of doing so if any errors pop up please view the

Connection Error page and follow the specified error you see (if shown). Here is how to test your Xbox LIVE connection:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select
   System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Connection (if you’re prompted to do so).
4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Another thing you may want too attempt is
Deleting Your Profile (Profile ONLY, this will leave saved games and contents etc...)
Once you have deleted your profile,
Clear System Cache 3 times Now, in the first support link provided - if you go to that again, there is a guide there to download your profile.

- Do you want to log off of your current Profile?;

- Are you recieving an error code?;

- Are you unable to sign-out of your Xbox Live Profile?

Thanks Dark, you can change that signature to 1,243 because re-downloading my profile was all that was needed. Funny I never thought of that. After you mentioned profile downloading I remembered two days ago I tried to download my profile at a friends with
an error.
