    It does not work either....i have tried the app, the USB, i have tried to log off my account on the xbox and log on again yet still nothing?

    Just recover you GamerTag to a USB Flash drive that's what I do, By having it on a USB drive you can just log in from the USB drive and you can take it with you to a friends or family members house and wont have to recover it everytime.
