Log in problem (guest code)

I bought a used console with logged account on it. The problem is i wanted to make my new account, so i delete previous user account, and wanted to log with my account. But console has guest code that i dont know. It is possible to delete it or log in
with my data?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This sounds like the parental controls on an Xbox 360 are not allowing other accounts to be downloaded. You can find steps on

resetting the pass code for parental controls on a 360 here!

I believe I understand this issue now, I apologize for the miscommunication!

Here is the
link to removing the guest key on Xbox one! It does look like you will need the account information for the previous user in order to remove the guest key. If the previous Users account info is unknown I recommend

performing a factory reset on the xbox to start fresh.
