    it will be down to the parental controls. will need the parent in charge of the account to log into the xbox family safety and change the setup.

    Coming back to axbox

    Hi, try going to Outlook.com and log out from there, that should usually log you out of your Microsoft Account and let you log into Xbox.com with another account. The issue seems to be that your account is a child account and needs parental permission which
    will require parental credentials entered to let you use the account further.

    The only way it can be turned off is if someone does that. Do you have a
    passcode     on your account or your sons? If you have the
    family gold plan     you can review game reports via the family center on xbox.com Those report will show you how long they play and what games.
