    Im sure everyone looking at this is having that same log in issue where it says something like "you are accessing personal info and need to re enter your password" and when you do you cant log in. Well there is a TEMPORARY FIX you need to remove your account,
    shut the console off, turn the console back on and re download your profile. Its TEMPORARY as it happened oct 29th for me and happened again today Nov 1st, xbox needs to know this so they know removing your profile is not the answer and they need to look at
    their recent updates.

    Issue Buying BC Game Directly From XB1: L4D2

    Sounds like that error is temporary, meaning you should be able to try again. But that doesn't garantee it will work, i'd go ClNT's way, just use the website it's usually fast, unless it's happening there too?

    Seems some others have had issues with various bc titles with this error being the error they see.

    Error 8016FE6D - Something needs to be done already!

    Looks like the purchase history was temporary and now it displays. Has anyone here found a fix for the error code issue or a reasonable workaround?

    Exactly, its temporary but if it works its right to do...meanwhile the problem maybe will be solved.

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Of course just keep an eye out on the

    Xbox Live Status     page for further updates on this issue. Although that workaround might be working for you, it is possible that it's not the case for everybody. You can always select to be notified if you follow the link above for when the Xbox Live Core
    Services are back up.

    Hello, reset your Xbox to factory settings only by deleting your account. Without deleting games and applications. This workaround will remove this issue.

    Go to Settings> Account> Delete accounts.

    Hi x,

    Thanks for your post. Check out the following article on adjusting Sign-in preferences:

    Change your sign-in preferences on your Xbox One     on there you will find information to adjust and hopefully end the message you are receiving.
