    Hey guys! My son is 10 and has an Xbox account, but the email he used to create his account isn’t active anymore! He can’t remember his Xbox password so he can’t sign in. How do I fix this?! Is there a way to attach a new email to his account?! Heelllllpppppp

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried logging onto your account on your mobile and verified using phone number. I know that has helped people in the past when it gets into a loop.
