    I have been unable to log into my games except as a guest, I have followed your instructions, reinstalled, ect. with no luck, I have signed into my account and no luck. Everything is connected as it should be. Is Microsoft fixing this problem that affected
    several people?

    WOT Log-In Failure: Code W3ROPO

    Since up grading to Xbox One S, I have had an intermittent log-in problem with World of Tanks.

    Log-in fails and I get a message :"World of Tanks Services not Available. Try again later. Code: W3ROPO." It happens when I know others are playing, even just after I ended a successful session.

    War Gaming says its not their problem and sent me to Xbox.

    The WOT Forum has threads regarding this problem going back to Jan 2017 with no resolution posted.

    Hard reboot of console does not work. Hard reboot of router (Airport Extreme) does seem to work.

    Last night, hard-reboot router, Xbox connected with WOT and the gaming was fine. Quit WOT and turned console off, then tried again. Didn't work -- got error message. Guess this means I must hard reboot the router every time I want to play. Seems extreme.

    To make sure the problem was my network set up, I spent four days reconfiguring in coordination with my ISP, SkyRunner. We set up a static IP for the router so that I could get Open NAT. They don't offer IPv6, yet.

    Any suggestions?

    try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Just curious as I don't know if you are getting a error code, but would you midn trying to log off of xbox.com then shutting down your console. Re log in on your console and try your purchase again. If that doesn't work try to log on to xbox.com while your
    console is off, and adding the points from xbox.com and please do come back to let us know of your successes failures? Thanks
